Hindu Seva Kendram sponsoring a helpless Grandmother & her orphaned child with the help from a Foreign Malayali

Hindu Seva Kendram distributed grocery plus vegetable kits and clothes to a helpless woman Shobhana and her granddaughter Sojasree in Nambadivelikka in the 11th ward, Mannancherry panchayath in Alappuzha district. An expatriate from Alappuzha collaborated with the Hindu Seva Kendram for this. He has also expressed his willingness to bear the cost of the child’s education.

Years ago, her husband deserted Shobana. She is so poor that she does not own land or a house. Her 7-year-old granddaughter is now her responsibility as her daughter was burnt to death at her husband’s place two months ago. She needs our care & support in all possible ways to fight the battle with her fate.
