Mothers at Pathanamthitta Nedumbaram collected 50 kg of rice for the “one handful of rice” Project.

“One handful of rice” project of Hindu Seva Kendram is hitting success at Pathanamthitta Nedumabram. Within a short period of time, the housewives who joined the project gathered 50 Kg of rice.

As per “One handful of rice” a handful of rice is donated from the quantity taken for cooking daily. Later Hindu Seva Kendram will collect this together at regular intervals. Hindu Seva Kendram will distribute among the most deserving families in that locality. Anyone who is willing to feed a starving family can join part of this project.

This project is running jointly with Annalakshmi Yojana. Through this project Grocery & Vegetables are delivered to deserving needy families. We appeal to our readers to join this project by donations in the form of grocery kits or funds for the same. Let’s join our hands in creating hunger-free homes.
