Hindu Seva Kendra solved the water scarcity of about 45 families

Dispute between the authorities made scarcity of drinking water to over 45 families. These families live in the 6th ward of Viyapuram Panchayath in the Alapuzha District. The pump installed by the district panchayath got inoperational. The Local & District Panchayath kept on debating about the water pump. The discussion on who will bear the cost and responsibility of repairing was stuck in red tapes. Unfortunately, the authorities ignored the suffering of 45 families.

Finally, the ward member approached the Hindu Seva Kendram local chapter. Thus the Volunteers managed to arrange drinking water for the 45 families. Hindu Seva Kendram has decided to elevate the issue to higher authorities. A drinking water supply will be provided until the issue get solved.
