Honorable High Court of Kerala has directed that the lamps, which are called as Nilavilakku and gold in the Devaswom temples should not be sold without the permission of the court. The decision of Devaswom Board to sell those was challenged in the court by Hindu Seva Kendram and other Hindu organizations. Thiruvanathapuram Devaswom Board had started auctioning of gold and lamps from temples and Hindu Seva Kendram approached the court and received order in favour of Hindu Community. This is the third victory of the Hindu Seva Kendram in this week, including the recent verdict by the Court against the leasing of temple lands and donations from the Malabar Devaswom Board to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

Hindu Seva Kendram congratulates Adv Krishnaraj, who has been present and successful on behalf of the Hindu Seva Kendram in all these cases against the Government of Kerala.
